It has been well known that multi-layer thin-film by revolving coating can generate extremely high quality and show more than great performance of the coating material since R-technology, revolving coating, was introduced to the robotic coating in the last half of 1990’s after Net (XY) coating by robot in the early 1980’s. At the same time demand for coating has been upgrading more and more so that super-leveling or super luster, called super piano-touch, is required. It is R-technology, revolving coating, to be able to meet such a high-grade requirement. Depending on the size of a work piece, the 8 to 15 pieces mounted on a circle jig are coated by robot revolving clockwise and counter-clockwise with about 200 to 300 rpm. Control by robot executes a multi-layer thin film coating revolving the work pieces. Revolving with placing the work pieces horizontally on a jig generates a coating film performance such as super-leveling or super-luster. Control technology with high accuracy makes it possible to control film thickness and to realize an additional decoration with full expression.
